Over the next few weeks, I am going to be posting some great appetizer/party foods on Food Fanatic Friday. These are recipes you can't live without, so grab a pencil.
Vegetable Pizza
2 can crescent rolls
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing mix (powder)
shredded cheddar cheese
broccoli, peas (cooked), cauliflower, carrots
Pull crescent rolls apart and lay flat separtely onto greased pizza pan.
Bake at 375* for 10 minutes. Allow to cook completely on wax paper.
Chop or shred broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. (Some people who are tomato fans, unlike me, add tomatoes as an additional topping)
In bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonaise, and ranch mix. Spread over cooled crescent pieces. Top with chopped/shredded broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Top with peas, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Using a pizza cutter, cut each triangle into 3 pieces. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
This is a hit at any party...for any season!!!!
