Food Fanatic Friday!


Summer time is a great time for cool, crisp veggie pizza squares!  They are a favorite for us at cookouts and at the lake. 

Here is my recipe, and it is fantastic!!!


Ingredients: 
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup of mayo
1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing (not dip)
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup peas

Chopped broccoli, cauliflower, carrots.
Shredded mild cheddar cheese.

Separate and place flat crescent rolls triangles onto a greased pan.  Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes. 

Place on wax paper to cool completely. 

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and ranch mix.  Spread on the crescent triangles.  Add chopped veggies and peas.  Top with shredded cheese. 

Cut each triangle into 3 pieces with pizza cutter.  Refrigerate until served.  Enjoy!
