This week, Kelly's Korner is hosting, "Show Us Where You Live-Dining Rooms". The room that we made into a dining room was originally supposed to be a living room. We had no need for a living room, and we already had dining room furniture. As a matter of fact, our dining room furniture was given to us by Jeremy's godparents.....and the pieces are over 30 years old!!
I recovered all the cushions 2 years ago before we moved into our house. Surprisingly, when I removed the material so that I could start to recover the cushions, I found other material beneath it. They have been recovered 3 times!

Our piano, which originally belonged to Jeremy's great-great grandmother, was passed down to us soon after we got married. Above it, which I am sure you noticed, is our 5 Generation Hand Photo. In the photo are the hands of, Macy (3), Me (27), My Mother (49), My Grandmother (71), and My Great-Grandmother (92). Yes, we still have 5 generations of women living in my family!
