I mentioned this recipe on Facebook, and I had a few people ask me for it. So here it is!

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia





2-4 pieces of tilapia
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp paprika
1 T parsley
1 T oil
salt & pepper

Thaw fish. Drizzle oilk over fish and dredge in parmesan, parsley, and paprika mixture. Line cookie sheet with foil. Spray foil with non-stick spray. Place fish on cookie sheet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400* for 12 miuntes.

Delicious!!!!
