
So last night we tried out a new recipe, tater tot casserole. Sometimes when we try out new recipes, we end up eating Wendy's. Not last night though, our tater tot casserole was a hit!
Here's the recipe:
1 lb ground beef/turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cut green beans
cheese slices (I used mozzarella)
tator tots
Brown the ground beef. I added a little onion powder and bread crumbs to add a little more flavor to the beef. Place the beef in the bottom of an 8 X 8 pan. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and green beans, and add as the second layer in the 8 X8 pan. Top with a single layer of slices of cheese, and a layer of tater tots.
Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
